I purchased this from a Collectible shop on Amazon—this box HAS BEEN OPENED but the doll and accessories remain intact with plastic structure. The doll arrived after delivery with her bangs hiding her entire face as the hair elastics snapped from age. *I only opened the box to add new hair elastics, then resealed her box.*
